Introducing Our Van Conversion Process

At VanLife Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom van conversions that meet your unique needs and preferences. Our streamlined process ensures a smooth experience from start to finish. Here's an overview of our conversion process:

1. Initial Consultation and Questionnaire

Our journey together begins with an initial call and questionnaire. This step helps us understand your specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle, allowing us to create a tailored conversion plan for your van.

4. Pre-Conversion Payment

Roughly two weeks before the build is scheduled to start, we require a 60% upfront payment. This allows us to purchase the necessary materials for your bespoke conversion and ensure everything is ready to go when your build commences.

2. We send you the quote & sketch up

We send you a mock up design & custom quote that includes any additions you may want for your van conversion

5. During The Build

Our custom van conversions typically take between 6-12 weeks to complete. To keep you informed and engaged throughout the project, we maintain close communication and provide regular updates, including images and videos of your van's transformation.

3. Securing Your Build Slot

Once both parties are satisfied, a £1,200 deposit is required to secure a build slot in our schedule. At an agreed-upon date, we will take delivery of your vehicle and begin the conversion process.

6. Collection Day

Once your dream van is complete, it's time to pick it up and hit the open road! We will arrange a convenient collection day, during which we'll provide a comprehensive handover to ensure you are comfortable with all the features and systems in your newly converted van.
